Nandini Asavari Bharadwaj and Annie Shiau (Ph.D. Student, School/Applied Child Psychology Program, ECP) collaborated on an article published in The Conversation Canada and France entitled “AI products for kids promising friendship and learning? 3 things to consider”. The article examines underlying assumptions of child-focused commercial AI products and how they are marketed to parents and children.
